⛔The number of journalists killed by the Israeli occupation has risen to 256 after the announcement of the martyrdom of journalist Muhammad al-Munirawi.
The number of journalists killed since the beginning of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip has risen to 256, following the announcement of the martyrdom of another journalist.
🎙The Government Media Office condemns in the strongest terms the systematic targeting, killing , and assassination of Palestinian journalists by the Israeli occupation. We call upon the International Federation of Journalists, the Federation of Arab Journalists, and all journalistic bodies worldwide to condemn these systematic crimes against Palestinian journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip.
We hold the Israeli occupation, the US administration, and countries complicit in this genocide, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, fully responsible for these heinous and brutal crimes. We demand
that the international community, international organizations, and organizations concerned with journalistic and media work worldwide condemn the occupation's crimes, deter it, and prosecute it in international courts for its ongoing crimes, bringing the perpetrators of these crimes to justice. We also demand that they exert serious and effective pressure to stop this genocide, protect journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip, and halt their killing and assassination.
We ask God Almighty to have mercy on all our martyred colleagues, grant them acceptance and Paradise, and to grant patience and solace to their families and to the Palestinian journalistic community. We also wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded journalists.
