The 2025 Youth Peace Camp in Cyprus was no ordinary summer camp.
Organised by the Parents Circle Families Forum, every year the camp brings together Palestinian and Israeli children, all of them touched in some way by conflict, occupation and loss.
With a ceasefire plan now finally agreed for Gaza, might these children show a way forward to a more sustainable peace?
The Today in Focus producer Natalie Ktena headed to the camp this year against the backdrop of Israel’s brutal war in Gaza to see if it was still possible for the teenagers to come together.
